We actually got a storage unit through auction. It was one of those days if something could go wrong it was going to. I called the storage unit place twice to ask for help that wasn't even necessarily their responsibility. The lady her name was Candice was incredible like to the point where there is really no words to describe her level of kindness and all the help that she gave. She actually had me come over to the storage helped me navigate and figure everything out got my problem solved she made a situation that started off very stressful something that was actually enjoyable. She was kind she knew her job very well and went above and beyond her job description. Multiple people coming in she multitasked like a superstar. We absolutely loved dealing with her and I would keep getting units from that storage place just to know she was going to be on the other end

We rented a storage unit in May 2024 as we were preparing to sell our house. The storage unit was very clean and stayed cool throughout the hot summer months. We appreciated the kind and efficient customer service. We also rented a moving truck from Kingsgate to move our belongings to the new house and that was a positive experience. We emptied our storage unit in October of 2024 and the process was easy. We highly recommend Kingsgate storage.

After 3 calls to differet Store-it spots on my route home (with no answer), I decided to call the storage place closest to my shop, and Candace was super helpful on the phone, and I ran down to grab some boxes I needed for my Father. Candace was very helpful, and I would like the owner to know that as a business owner myself, I was very impressed with her customer service skills. You don't see that kind of thing as often these days, and being molded by the corporate customer service world, it was awesome to see it here. Thanks again for the help!
